Learn how to use the Internet

This course consists of three two hour sessions in which the trainees will be taught how to find out about the internet, how to search the internet, how to access specific sites and how to use search engines.

Venue: Marsh Hill Centre

Maximum Trainees: 6

All P.C. equipment and packages are provided for the course as well as course notes to take away. This course can also be used as a module towards C.L.A.I.T. Level 1. The course will cover the following:

  • How to use navigation keys
  • How to search the internet
  • How to bookmark and use favourites
  • How to print and save from the internet
  • How to use the address bar
  • How to understand hyperlinks
