Introduction to Digital Photography

This is a four hour practical course in which the trainees will be given an introduction to the settings and use of cameras as well as digital enhancement.

Instructor: Ethel Catling

Cost: £55 + VAT

Venue: Marsh Hill Centre

Maximum Trainees: 6

All P.C. equipment and packages are provided for the course as well as course notes to take away, however, trainees are very welcome to bring their own cameras. The course will cover the following:

  • Features and functions of a standard digital camera
  • How to take pictures
  • How to download, store and save images to the computer
  • An introduction into basic image manipulation techniques
