Driving with a Trailer

DVLA Part E Driving Test

A one and a half day course for those who have passed their driving test since January, 1997 and who need to be trained to drive a vehicle (car/van) towing a trailer. This course is designed for those who need to pass the statutory additional driving test, Part E

Instructor: Kevin Parker

Cost: £470 per candidate + VAT including test. Additional training is charged at £36 per hour + VAT

Venue: Marsh Hill Centre

Maximum Trainees: 2

This is a practical coures and involves on road driving using the instructors equipment,it is a one to one course:

  • Safety checks on both vehicle and trailer
  • Reversing exercises
  • Braking exercises
  • Uncoupling and recoupling
