The first session will look at how to prepare and write a business plan; what thought process is needed for this and how it should be presented - mind mapping will be used as one method of achieving this.

The second session looks at how to best market oneself, as well as the business and its product. It will also look at what aspects should be considered and how to make good contacts.

The final session explores problem solving, how to make difficult decisions effectively by thinking 'outside the box'. These courses are supported by Lantra, the Sector Skills Council for the Environmental and Landbased Sector, working in partnership with the Learning and Skills Council Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, part funded by the European Social Fund of the European Union.
